Has Adobe made any changes to the EPS file format in Photoshop 7? We've been sent an EPS file which 5.5 or Paintshop Pro 7 is unable to open but a colleagues copy of Photoshop 7 can open.
Thanks, Rob.

What kind of EPS is it? What program created it? (You can find this out by opening the EPS in a text editor and looking at the headers.)
Photoshop 5.5 can't open EPS files from, say, Illustrator 10. Neither Photoshop
5.5 nor Photoshop 7 can open *all* EPS files--for example, Photoshop 5.5 sometimes chokes on recent Quark EPS files, in part because Quark produces crappy PostScript--but Photoshop 7 is more likely than Photoshop 5.5 to be able
to parse EPS files from other, recent apps.

Just checked the header - it was created in Illustrator 10...
Is there a way that the author of the graphic can save it from Illustrator in an older version of the file?
