I took a picture with my digital camera and I would like to take out or remove the date that the camera put in the bottom right of the picture, can any body tell me how to do that, I used adobe Photoshop, I also have Photo Impact V7 and Paint Shop Pro 7 I would really appreciate the tip

Photoshop and PSP have similar tools that you can use to remove a date. Clone Stamp in PS, and Clone Brush in PSP (either of these tools may be hidden under another similar tool on the tool bar.). Read either app's appropriate Help section regarding the tool.

Don't know what version of PS you have but with CS you can do it with the healing tool.
