A friend sent me this email:
I’d open Adode ImageReady the main interface loads up then an error window pops up saying:
"Could not parse the file contents as a data set. An unknown error has occurred."
This isn’t a frequent problem but it has been happening on and off lately. Sometimes when starting ImageReady that window pops up and does it repeatedly after I’ve cliked OK or closed it and I have to use Task Manager to close the program all together(I have Windows XP)
I tried reinstalling both photoshop and image ready but it didn’t help. Is there a way to fix this?
Anyone have any ideas on what this could be?? Thanks for any help.
