I accidentally deleted all of the preset styles from the Lighting Effects filter from within Photoshop CS2 (as I was using it). I was just trying to generate a default spotlight, but that is besides the point. How do I get those preset light styles to come back in the list?

I already tried restarting and loading a new document (within which I could not access the filter for some reason)

A reinstall with do the trick. It’s pretty quick and painless.

Isn’t there any other way?

It really is quick and painless.

Just insert the CD and let it reinstall. Takes about 10 minutes. It won’t overwrite your preferences and it should reinstall the missing presets.
