Save an image at 50%

I've got an image that looks better when it's zoomed in at 50%. Is there a way to save it at this zoom level or does it have to be saved at full scale?

Thanks!

50% zoom shows one pixel on screen for every two the image contains. In answer to your question, no. Are you talking about a crop?

Many times when an image has been sharpened (for printing) it will not look good when it's view on a monitor because the display resolution is so poor and sharpening shows up as ugly artifacts (when view at 100% it's fine). You might try a re-sample of the image to a lower pixel count to see if that helps. Otherwise, add a little blur to reduce the effect of sharpening.
