Random Filters

Is the Filters>Render>Clouds the only randomized filter for photoshop. I ask this because almost every tutorial i have used uses this method to create reandomized effects. Any Help? Also I am using Photshop CS.

The "Photoshop Top Secrets" DvD collection use the Noise filter to create various effects.
