Hi, I am trialing Elements 4.0. Everytime I click on create slideshow in the organizer, I get an error message saying program has encountered a problem and must shut down. Very frustrating since there are many nice features in the program that work well for me....
anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

system is XP home on P4 3 GHZ with HT with 1 Gb RAM.....
