[PSE2] Can it stitch 2 or more photos/pictures together

Can Photoshop Elements 2.0 stitch 2 or more photos (or other graphics) together into one file like Microsoft Image Composer 1.5 can do? I'm trying to find a replacement for Image Composer. The only thing I use it for is stitching 2 pictures (screenshots) together. If PSE 2 can do this, then I don't need to install Image Composer.

Yes, it's called PhotoMerge or Panorama.
