how do i make my text selectable in photoshop so as a pdf file the text remains selectable?

Only works in Acrobat Pro 7 or 8 using the Touch Up Text tool. You must have the exact same font loaded on machines otherwise you will have font substitution or Acrobat may refuse to "Touch Up" text...
This will not work in Adobe Reader...
