Photoshop Elements 2.0: Cannot re-install

Hi

I’ve been using Photoshop Elements 2.0 for sometime now. After my PC crashed, I tried to re-install, but the installer simply exits

I called Adobe, but I was told that support is only available for the latest version (4.0) and the last version (3.0). Can somebody help
