Organizer....zero out and start over?

I am using PE 4.0. I don't have any albums, tags, etc defined. I move my pics around a lot. When org starts, it has a lot of question marks. How can I erase its memory and start from scratch?

Try going to catalogs and choosing new. Then reimport
the photos. If you have them in categories use the save
tags to file option and then do the above and you'll have the tags intact. I think you'll be able to find those commands.
