HOW: Convert eps.hqx file to plain .eps

Hi. I am working on a PC and have been sent a logo.eps.hqx file by email (from a MAC operator) and I need to convert it to a file so I can open it on my PC.
How do I go about this?

I think you should be able to open that with WinZip or maybe even with Windows XP.

If whoever sent you the file is using OS X Panther or higher, ask them to use the Create Archive feature in the finder instead of Stuffit. Archiving creates a regular .zip file.

This file is not a valid HQX format. I suggest that you follow Barbara’s suggestion. If you can’t do that, come back and I’ll think some more.
