can anyone help me with this picture

Can anyone make this low resolution picture POP and look better. Lord knows I tried.

I want to make a wallet size picture out of it. I extracted the lady and baby from a group picture (that was low resolution)

When your image is on Pixentral, copy all of the code next to HTML, and paste that in your post.

Make sure you copy all. (right click on the code, Select All, Right click again, Copy.

Your first link above doesn't work, the second shows a tiny pink elephant. I didn't drink that much at all.
