Photoshop CS2: Activation Server is Not Available

Whenever I try to activate my CS2 I get this error message. I am connected to the Internet (obviously). So can anyone tell me how to fix this or when the activation server will come online?

If the activation server is not operational you are presented with a list of telephone numbers to call to get activation on the phone :) HTH
