Sorry, but Photoshop is a very expensive software, therefore it should decode ANY kind of jpeg-format! Your answer may be valid for a 50$ software but not for a professional product costing the wages of three months!!!I’ve hundreds of such jpeg-files (spatial/lossless), some would be lost for ever°

Chris,

Are you complaining about the price of Photoshop, or about your income? If the latter, why not talk to your employer? I don’t think we can do much about it.

And if that were my income, I’d buy Photoshop Elements, because chasing after the full PS would endanger my photographic abilities.
