Photoshop Brushes to Illustrator vector file

Hello, I would like to know, how to (if is possible) convert .abr brushes from photoshop to a path or illustrator .ai.

I have this brushes, and appear to be vector files...

uhhh...go to www.dafont.com download one of the several fonts that have the look of a stencil...load font into font management program...open font in illustrator
