Disabling photo downloader

I just upgraded to Photoshop Elements 3.0. When I plug my camera into a USB slot, the Photo Downloader runs automatically. How do I disable this? I would rather use a different program to download my photos. Thanks for any suggestions!

In the Organizer application, click Edit > Preferences > Camera or Card Reader

Remove the checkmark next to the option "Use Adobe Photo Downloader..." in the upper section.
