master password

I am trying to download a pdf file, but when it goes to my Photoshop Elements 2.0, it asks for a Master Password. I have never set a password. Any ideas??? Thanks

Hi, Peggy. It sounds like the PDF file that you downloaded is password protected. Ask the person who created the file what the password is.
