I am using Photoshop Elements 3.0 and an Epson 2200 printer. I would like to print a 13 X 19 photo from edge to edge without a border. It is probably simple, but I spent about an hour and still get a 3/4 inch white border.
Help Please.

Brian, did you set this up through your printer ? Under the paper tab click the 'no margins'. I do believe with the 2200 this borderless option will only work on the gloss type photo papers as well.

yup, on Epson site;
Borderless Photo Sizes
4" x 6", 5" x 7", 8" x 10", letter, 11" x 14" and 13" x 19" (on glossy media types only)
