My question: Does anybody know how to create the same effect like in 2Pac's Music Clip for the song "Changes" (in the middle there's a mosaic with many pics of him; later zooming out and showing another big pic of 2Pac in the background)????
Which program do I need for this?

There are lots of mosaic making plugins and programs available for both PC and Mac. Do a search on "Photomosaic".
