move file browser

I had moved the file browser window to the upper left corner of my screen. Now it is stuck there behind the Elements window. I can ee the entire file browser window if the main Elements window is minimized but as soon as I try to grab the file browser window to move it back, the Elements window reappears so I can’t grab.

Try hitting the Tab key … hopefully you then will be able to drag it back into place. If not then do Window>Reset palette locations ….

Those two methods work in PSE2 … not sure which version you are using

If the above suggestions do not work, try opening a picture via File->Open and then do Window->Images->Tile.

Oh Mark,

I well remember the days of losing my file browser … until someone told me how to get it back again I used to do a re-install. Oh I was pleased to find out that there were easier ways to rescue it 🙂
