Adobe Gamma won't run - says I must be an admin

....but I am an administrator!

This is on Windows XP SP2.

I used to have PS Album 2.0, and Gamma ran fine. I recently upgraded to PS Elements 3.0 and now I get the error message.

Any ideas?
