Photoshop Elements Newb
When I open Elements I am able to select foreground and background colors. However, when I create a new image the foreground and background colors change to gray. Is there some setting that I need to turn off?
I was able to change the foreground and background colors earlier today while creating images. So, it’s probably something I’ve done, I just don’t know what it is.
