Disable Adobe updates

How do you disable Adobe updates? We don’t typically allow users to download and install updates in an uncontrolled manner so need to disable automatic downloads.

Err, yes – in that it started downloading updates in the system tray. However, I’ve since discovered that you have to let it first download the first set of updates and then you can disable it. Kind of makes sense.
