Yesterday, PS 7 failed to open. The splash screen comes up and loads all of the content then fails to open. I uninstalled and reinstalled PS with the same result.

ImageReady 7 will open, but when I select the Jump feature in ImageReady at the bottom of the toolbox, the error message: "Unable to jump to photoshop because it is not responding" appears.

Contacting Tech support or Customer service at Adobe was fruitless, as they only support CS2 and up.

PLEASE HELP!!

Did you try trashing/resetting Preferences as per the FAQs?

Are you updated to 7.0.1?

BTW, please lay off the Caps Lock key in future. It’s annoying to read all caps. Makes it look like you think your problem is more important than anyone else’s.

Re: btw: I APPRECIATE THE ETIQUETTE LESSON – kinda new to this…
