recently had my lab scan a batch of negs into hi res images (33-35 megs), they are in .jpg format. the thumbnais appear in windows and in bridge.i can read the metadata. when i try to open them in cs2 i get "could not complete your request because of a program error". i have plenty of ram (3gigs)and disk space. any ideas?
