How to make a dotted line in Photoshop CS2?

I am creating a design concept for a web page in Photoshop, and I want to divide some sections on the page from others with a dotted line.

Obviously I can use the line tool to draw a solid line, but is there a way to make a dotted line?

I am using Photoshop CS2 for Windows.
