I need to apply Transform > Warp to several layers simultaneously, but I can't figure out how. I can do the other transforms, skew, etc., but not warp.

Can somebody help?

You can only transform one layer at a time. Go to the topmost layer and hit Crtl+Alt+Shift+E. This will create a composite (flattened) layer at the top of the stack, leaving all the original layers intact for future use.

I don't think that's correct. As I mentioned in my original post I can perform other transforms (skew, distort, perspective, etc.,) on multiple layers. I just can't get warp to work.
