Hi,
Can anyone help me, I open pcs2 on winxp and when I try to open a file this pops up...

The instruction at "0x7c910f29" referenced memory at "0x00000000".The memory could not be "read".
click on OK to terminate the program.
click on cancel to debug the program.

When I click on debug the program shuts down. Please help....thankyou.

Have you checked that there is no error with your RAM. Photoshop uses more RAM than most programs, so it hits bad spots that other programs don't get to.

And ignore the debug suggestion when you see a screen like that. It is a sick joke foisted on us by the programs at Microsoft.

that's a dll version conflict error. (it means it's trying to read something that it expects an in memory dll to have, and that something's not there. it's probably there in the correct dll version.)

reinstall the app or plugin causing the problem.

This sounds like a video card or memory shortage problem. Try googling the error message verbatim.

it's not a memory anything problem. it's a dll verions conflict.
