brushes options missing from the brushes palette in CS3

I do not have the brushes options (flip x, flip y, hardness, spacing, angle and roundness)showing on my brushes palette in Photoshop CS3 extended. Does anyone know how I can get them to show? I am running the program on a Windows Vista OS.

Click on the brush panel options (the little triangle in the upper right corner) and make sure "expanded view" is checked. You need to open the actual brush panel/palette; this won't work in the brush preset picker in the options bar.

The expanded view is checked and I am in the brushes palette. I have opened multiple ways and it always looks the same. It is missing the entire brush options section except for the diameter slidebar. I have looked at the brushes palette overview in Photoshop's help and my palette looks the same without the section labeled "H".
Any other suggestions?

I have this taken care of...Sorry, I did not have the Brush tip shape highlighted.
