CS3_ Bigger tiles plug in

I understand that this should be in program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS3/plug ins/extensions/bigger tiles. When I navigate to this position I have an html document entitled "about bigger tiles" but no other file.

Should I have the plug in? if so is there anywhere I can download it? I have 2GB RAM on Windows XP.

Update: I re-installed CS3 the plug in is now available. I don't know how it disappeared other than to surmise that it may have been removed when I uninstalled CS2. Thanks to all who read my post.

Would you be able to email me that plugin? It doesn't seem to be available for download ANYWHERE, and it is not included in my photoshop folder.
