I originally bought & installed PS 6.0 only so I could install the CS2 upgrade, which I did immediately (never used 6.0). I’m now getting ready to install the CS3 upgrade. Can someone confirm that I can safely uninstall 6.0 without (1) messing up my product registration, or (2) having the uninstall mess up CS3 by removing some DLLs it needs or something? I’d like to free up the hard disk space.

Yes. If asked about shared files during the uninstall, leave them in place.

You didn’t even need to install 6.0…the CS2 installer would have prompted you to insert the CD…so yes, you can safely uninstall it.
