Installation help needed! **desperate**

Hey,
so i'm trying to install cs3 and it just keeps saying installation can't continue until internet explorer is closed.
it says it even though i dont have it open!?

can anyone help? it would be much appreciated.

Check your system with a virus checking program. Perhaps a virus has a hidden copy of IE running.

Press ctrl+shift+Esc. Look for Iexplore.exe. Highlight it and click "end process."
