Slicing a website

I have a problem, i made a website in photoshop... and i was wondering how to slice it correctly so i dont have to make a frame for each place i want to type text..

I don't know how to slice it correctly, don't know why it doesnt work but when i slice it my own way, the hole site gets dragged down when i type text

So you want to put plain text in certain cells of the table?

You only have one link now.

Do you have another page that demonstrates what the problem is?
