I just upgraded to CS4 and recall in previous versions I could select all, then choose modify > feather and apply a feather to my entire image.
I can’t do this in CS4 (my background layer is unlocked). The option is grayed out.
Is there a new way to do this in CS4 that I just haven’t discovered yet?
