I have posted this before but it did not seem to appear – sorry if this has already replied to.
Using the Selection Tool – is there a way to resize a selection area once it has been made.
The crop tool provides handles to adjust each side and the corners individually to fine tune the selection, but there does not seem to be a similar facility with the Selection tool.
