I am currently having a problem saving files in CS2. I am running Vista home premium and when first loaded there were no problems. Afer a while though once I have worked on a file and went to save it an error comes up saying ‘Could not save "XXXXX.jpg" because the ICC profile description is invalid’.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.Would really apreciate some help. I have found I can save a file once I have flattened it and dragged it onto a new canvas.
Another weird thing is if you ‘save as’ the particular the dialog box just disappears and CS2 hangs and you have to click off screen and back on again to get it going, it seems to be related.
