Installing downloads to Photoshop 7.0

I downloaded Camera Raw 4.1 to use in Photoshop 7.0. I have Windows XP Pro. It is now on my desktop and unzipped, but I can not figure out to bring it into Photoshop. Can anyone heip?

You cannot use Camera Raw in PS7. ACR 4.1 is specifically made for CS3
