When I click on File, then Browse in Photoshop Elements 2.0, nothing happens; no thumbnails, etc. I have a Dell Dimension 4100 with 524 MB RAM, Windows 2000. I have installed the same software on a Windows NT machine and a Windows 98 machine, and the file browser works fine. Can you help me solve this problem?

The browser sometimes disappears below the work area. I usually recover it by clicking on Restore Down (the middle box in the upper right hand corner of the screen). It then shows up at the very bottom and you have to drag it up. Sometimes it may help to move the whole window to the left and drag the lower right corner to the corner of the screen.
