problem of installation of CS3 photoshop

hello, I have a problem with the installation of CS3 photoshop "30 days test." When me click on "setup" then I have the message according to that shows off:

" Installation cannot continue until the following applications are closed : Internet Explorer

Please close the application(s) listed above and click "Try Again" to continue the installation.
Click Cancel to exit Setup."

yet I.E is closed I don't understand. Thank you to explain me if him there a means to close I.E

Check for IE in Task Manager and close it from there if you see it.

Click Control+Alt+Delete at the same time. Look under 'Processes', if you see 'iexplore.exe' listed there, right click on it, and select 'End Process'. That will close it.
