Whenever I try to add text to the image I’m working on, I always get this error “Could not use the type tool because of a program error,” and then it deletes what I had just added. I’ve restored default settings, and it still pops up.

I’m using Adobe Photoshop CS2 Version 9.0.2 Education Version on Windows XP
