ACDSee Pro/XNView/Irfan view IPTC info missing in PhotoShop CS

The IPTC caption i add in either ACDSEE,Xnview,Irfanview & etc. can be display in among all the software mentioned above but not in Photoshop CS. But IPTC info add in Photoshop CS , can be shown in all the softwares info in all the softwares

need to see the info i add with either ACDSEE or XNVIEW in Photoshop CS, please help.
