In photoshop CS2 I'm using the text tool, dragging out a box, and typing text in the box expecting it to wrap to the next line, but it wraps back over the same line. It is set to paragraph and not point type. Operating system is windows XP, computer is a PC. Please let me know if there is a fix to this problem. Thank you.

Character Palette Leading...Set this to "Auto" via the drop-down menu. This will force Photoshop to space lines of text to its default value.
Default leading value is 120% of the size you choose for your font, in points. One point is generally equivalent to 1/72" inch.
12 pt font × 120% (or 1.2) = 14.4 points.
Wanna loosen or tighten the space between lines?
Raise or lowerrespectivelythe leading value from the default 120% of your font's point size.

.... and don't forget, you can vary the leading (or any other value such as point size) interactively with the scrubby sliders.
