Gamma Loader won't run

When I double click the Adobe Gamma Loader.exe nothing happens. This is on asystem using Windows ME. Any suggestions?

if you found it in the common files are you clicking on the adobe gamma control panel extension folder ?

Also, I'm not sure about ME...but is it in your control panel as well ?

Why are you double clicking on Adobe Gamma Loader.exe ? The Adobe Gamma utility is Adobe Gamma.cpl, and generally it's executed from the Control Panel, but can also be "run with control panel" by right clicking on it and indicating so.

The Adobe Gamma loader.exe file loads the default system monitor profile into the video LUT ( look up table) and you may not notice much happening unless you look closely, depending upon the monitor profile .
