Hello there! My name is Caty, and I have owned Adobe Photoshop for a while now. However, when I go to open it, it loads normally by saying, "Scanning for plug-ins..." etc., but then just closes without me doing anything. I have a rather new computer... I am not that bright when it comes to computers, so I have no idea what RAM is. I do know that it is a HP Pavilion a1357c... does that help?
Well, that is about it. I have tried to uninstall it and install it again, but it didn't work.
