I use a template for my site:

You’ll notice that the newsfeed portion sometimes kicks out to the right too far even though in the coding I have specified a pixel width. When the text goes beyond that pixel width, it kicks the background graphics out of whack as well. Is there anything in PS that I can do to lock the background images and prevent them from shifting when the text is longer than it should be?
