Photoshop CS3 BUG:

Docked palettes automatically change verticle size when switching screen modes. This leads to undesirable palette sizes. The problem grows with more frequent screen modes switching. To avoid this problem, I suggest only the bottommost palette in the stack change size when switching screen modes, instead of all palettes.
