cycle shortcut keys for tools not working in CS3

Example: If I press an "O" I will jump to the Dodge tool. If I press "O" again, I should jump to the Burn Tool. This is not happening. I just sit on the Dodge tool.

Has this cycle feature changed in CS3???

uggh,,, sorry for having a brain fart… it’s a general pref setting to uncheck use shift key for tool switch… one of those things you do for each release and then completely forget about it.

I’m having two major issues with CS3 Ai, ID. My delete key doesn’t function, nor do my arrow keys. Can anyone help with this?
