If Windows, refer to the recent topic "Photoshop Elements" for info on associating a file extension with an application:
A. P. Tiritas "Photoshop Elements" 7/30/04 3:43am </cgi-bin/webx?13/4>
If Mac, there is probably something similar.
If on a Mac … click once on any of the images then do File Info (Apple I) … a box will pop up. Part way down it says open with … change it to the program you wish to use and then click on the "change all" box.

Dan,
Glad it was of some use … 🙂

Michael,
Mark (Sand) wrote a note on how to do this when using a Windows Machine … I have copied the message for you:
———————
Here is how with Windows 2000. There may be slight diferences depending on your operating system:
1. Locate any jpg file under My Computer.
2. Right-click the file name and select Properties.
3. Click the "Opens with" "Change.." button (or similar, depending on your operating system.
4. Select Photoshop Elements from the list, and click OK.
You should also be able to find instructions by searching for "changing program associations" in your operating system’s Help.
