Activation numbers not working on CS3

I have been trying for an hour to get through to: 1 866 772 3623 to activate by phone. It is always busy! The direct number is busy as well.
What gives???

For some reason, the internet activation is failing with error code 194:13

Any ideas…

Resolved. I finally got through to phone activation and was able to activate the software….

not sure how it is now, but all through cs2’s life, you needed to get with them 9am-7pm pst mon-fri only. no weekends. it may have changed, but not sure. i THINK the adobe store is open (but it’s late for today, rty tomorrow) that may at least get you a live person. then you can try to switch to cust support or maybe they can help get you activated.

bleh. long way of saying they’re usually only open mon-friday. 🙂
